hello everyone, it’s been a while since I sold anything, on January 8 I sell a jacket for 70 euros, I get the various emails etc. in my account I see that the funds are blocked until the 23rd, that is today, I look on PayPal and I don’t see the net amount of 65.85 that I should pocket... then I see this in a window
incoming payments
Recent: amount of 65,85 € credited to POSTE ITALIANE SPA with last digits 9779 on 23 Jan 2025....below another window with my name and bank account reference and the sepa logo....so I don’t have a postal account, I don’t have cards ending in 9779 ...who can clear things up for me? thanks

Mentore1 year agoIt’s impossible for the payment to be credited to you via PayPal. EBay will pay you only by bank transfer and therefore to the current account or the card with IBAN that you have linked to your eBay account.

OP1 year agoso I should see the balance on my bank account, I don't understand why it says postal account ...I don't remember entering it and I had a postal current account, but if I had done that years ago because of my mistake and now I no longer have an account at the post office, what happens?

Mentore1 year agoAsk eBay customer service. If that account no longer exists, your money should have been returned to eBay.
