info about a product arriving damaged
hello everyone, I would like to buy an air conditioner from sellers who offer the same products at lower prices than the platform, I want to buy on ebay by paying a little more with the hope of having more guarantees on the transaction since many products, even though the packaging is intact, arrive damaged (based on the reviews I read online) I don't know if it's the courier's fault or the seller being careless or worse, sneaky, do you know how ebay protects you in this regard?
