good evening, I sent a package through EBay shipping and EBay created a label with a city different from the one indicated by the recipient. Now, after the package has been held for a while, it is being returned to the sender, meaning me. Now, to refund the buyer, will EBay do everything automatically or do I need to cancel the order for item not received and refund the customer?

Mentore2 years agoAre you sure the label was wrong? Normally it’s automatically filled in with the shipping address the buyer has listed on their account.

At the bottom you’ll find a grey bar with a link to have them call the mobile number registered on your account.

OP2 years agoYes, absolutely sure. I’ve already called customer service and we tried together to change the address with packlink, but they told me it’s not possible once the parcel changes branch. I wanted to know whether EBay does everything automatically now or if I need to handle refunding the customer myself

Mentore2 years agoIt would be better if you did it yourself, within the time they give you from the refund request by the buyer.
