Good morning, I need some information. In November I bought a part for my motorcycle from a German seller, and the eBay site showed December 6 as the delivery date. A few days after the 6th, since the part had not arrived, I contacted the seller, who told me to wait a few more days and that if it still had not arrived, he would refund me. On December 16, I was refunded the full amount by the seller, who informed me in a message on eBay that the part would arrive at an unspecified date and that he would only want confirmation once it had been delivered. Obviously, as a matter of fairness, I informed the seller of the part’s arrival on December 21; he did not ask me to pay for the part. So my question is this: in this case, is the seller reimbursed by eBay, or do I still need to make the payment?
