The seller is not responding to messages.

Mentore1 year agoIf you’ve been made aware of the return to sender, you should have tracking... the reason for the failed delivery should be stated.
If the problem was a failure on your part to provide some useful delivery information (incomplete information, missing house number, or something else), you are not entitled to any refund.
Contact support anyway; you’ll find how at the bottom of the link provided.
