customs/shipping cost information
good morning, I'm looking at a product sold in America and at the time of purchase I see that the customs fees are listed as 0 euros, is that normal ?
can you assure me that besides what I pay at the time of purchase I won't have any other expenses ?
also, it seems the seller uses eBay's international shipping, which should guarantee and insure the return if I read that right, but at the same time the seller does not accept returns. How does it work then ?

Mentore2 years agoYou'll definitely have other expenses.
If you don't exceed 150 euros, the 0 refers only to customs duties.
If they aren't already specified, consider 22% VAT and another 10-20 euros for the courier fees.
With international shipping you have eBay buyer protection, which guarantees that you receive an item and that it matches the listing. The seller may not accept returns if you simply change your mind, but they cannot oppose a return in case of nonconformity.
