Hello, I would like some information. I saw that it’s possible to pay for an item on ebay from a private seller with PayPal, also selecting the option to make the purchase in 3 installments at 0 interest. The question is simple: if I, as a private buyer, paid in 3 installments, does the private seller receive the payment in installments or all at once? Do we need to agree beforehand between me and him (meaning that he might want the amount in one single payment) or does PayPal handle everything by sending some kind of advance payment? I hope I’ve made myself clear.

Mentore1 year agoWhen it offers payment in three installments, PayPal makes financing and pays eBay immediately and in full.
The seller doesn't even know whether the purchase was split into installments or not.
