Good morning, I can't understand why I no longer have feedback on my profile, since some time ago I sold two tracksuits on the site.
Can you explain to me why feedback is important, as you know, to have trust and be able to sell better.

you probably logged in with another account... with the one you're using to write, you've never sold or bought anything... or no one has ever left you feedback, and you've never left any yourself either...
