Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I have a couple of doubts about eBay sales with the flat-rate tax regime and the application of VAT on sales.Basically, I have a VAT number under the flat-rate regime and I opened a professional eBay shop to test the market and bring in some extra income alongside my job. However, I noticed that during sales, even though I’m in the flat-rate regime, eBay still deducts the 22% VAT that I had already included in the sale price and that I would eventually have to pay (even if it’s not currently required), leaving me with a very tiny margin of 44% — 22% mine and 22% eBay’s — plus the tax and contributions statement. Am I doing something wrong? Could you help me?
