Bank Ri.Ba information for shipments via BRT
Good morning,
As the title says, I wanted to ask you, since I have a professional store on another account, how the bank Ri.Ba. works through BRT.
Basically, I was told that they use this payment method for shipments, but when I log in through my bank credentials I don’t see the Ri.Ba. that BRT supposedly issued for me. When I asked the bank, they told me that this Ri.Ba. doesn’t seem to have been issued yet because there are more than 20 days left until the due date.
Those of you who use BRT courier, do you know the technical time they take to issue this Ri.Ba. and why they are so slow in releasing it. I’ve already asked for clarification both from my branch of reference and from the bank, but they don’t know anything.
Thanks to anyone who replies.

Mentore3 years agoGood morning,
I had GLS, but I assume it works the same way.
The riba is nothing more than a bank receipt; generally your bank pays it on the invoice due date that BRT sends you.
So you need to refer to the BRT invoice and check the due date, then verify a few days earlier whether your bank has received the bank receipt from BRT.
Kind regards.
