Information on returns and refunds
Hi, recently I bought a working product that then turned out to be damaged and not working, I asked for a refund and got it, but the listing said "returns not accepted" so I don't know whether I have to send it back or not, even the seller wasn't able to tell me; should I first wait to receive the refund or do I need to start the return process or something else? Thanks in advance.

Mentore2 years agoIf you've received the refund, the item is no longer yours and you have to return it. However, the return costs are the seller's responsibility and so, if they want their item back, they have to send you a prepaid label.
