Information about a courier on the Amazon website
Hello everyone, first of all sorry if I'm asking for information about this topic here (since I need to know about an Amazon shipment)… in fact I contacted Amazon and the Amazon seller but I didn't solve anything… so the issue is this.. I made a purchase on Amazon, coming from China, on January 14 and I'm waiting for it to arrive.. I also contacted the seller himself from China and he gave me this information.. the courier is yunmen.. I looked for news on the site and then it takes me to… www.bdmnet.it….che doesn't respond and doesn't connect at all.. I did more research and it takes me to cst tracking trasporti Italia… in fact there I found my shipment which appears to have been stuck at the branch since January 23… the fact is that no number is active.. now would it be right to trust it and wait, if I hadn't read all the negative reviews on that site… they say they scam people and don't deliver.. in fact my tracking isn't updating, it appears stuck for 3 days at a branch that I don't even know where it is, it doesn't specify.. I live in the province of Pavia… I'm asking you, does anyone know these shipping sites? Have you dealt with these couriers? Do you know them? Can you clear things up for me? Thanks in advance

Mentore2 years agoThe courier mentioned in Italy doesn't exist; obviously it relies on Poste Italiane.
I had a similar experience and a package arrived after 5 months.
So... be patient...

OP2 years agoHi, thanks for your reply….YUNWEN courier exists, I know because I’ve seen it..my tracking also exists, I saw it on cst trasporti Italia, if you search it exists in Italy..I said they don’t deliver and my package is stuck at the branch so my order has arrived in Italy..I’d like to understand which branch, that’s the point..I’m saying I don’t know the reason because they don’t deliver it to me..and many people are complaining and I don’t understand why…but which courier are you referring to? The website bdmnet.it is on Trustpilot reviews..so the company exists…do the search and everything shows up…but did you see what I’m talking about in the Google searches?…sorry, which couriers are you referring to? thanks a lot

Mentore2 years agoI’ll say it again... the YANWEN courier doesn’t exist in Italy... in Italy it can be handed off to Poste Italiane or sometimes GLS... or other couriers.
It all depends on the type of shipment the sender paid for.
