Hello everyone, I feel cheated and I absolutely can’t get in touch with eBay.
I bought a car mechanics part received on November 28. On December 27 the mechanic told me it wasn’t the right one. In the evening I sent a message asking for a return, so within 29 days.
The seller is stalling and asks me for photos, and at the time of purchase he had checked with the license plate that it was correct and had confirmed it to me!
I sent the photos on the 29th, he says, and tells me to open a return, which gets closed because the deadline has passed. I absolutely can’t get in touch with eBay and show them the full message history and my return request made on time.
How can I find an eBay support channel different from the form that always prevents me from going any further?

on December 27 you had to open a dispute for item not as described .
Now go to Paypal, contact them and see if you can resolve it with them.
