information on incoming payments
good morning, I wanted to know why on a sale of 25 euros (as a private seller), after deducting the fees that are shown in the payment details of -1, 60-0,29-1,31 (there aren’t any shown) I was only credited 8.69. are there other costs that are not shown? or is it an error? who can I contact? I asked to be called back on my cell for assistance but I received no call. I’d like to specify that I had included in the listing free shipping paid by me via private courier not ebay (so any additional charges on the payment cannot be attributed to the shipping service). can someone give me some guidance? thanks
