Listing with conditions differing from those claimed by the seller

Good morning everyone.I placed an order for a product, whose listing states that the product is shipped for free regardless of the quantity. The seller says in a message that it is not possible to ship just 1 item for free, and that I must buy at least 10.I pointed out that the listing says shipping is free even for just 1 product, but he did not respond.The relevant product has already been charged to my credit card.For the reasons stated above, I am asking whether I can demand that the product...

If you made the purchase with the eBay module, the shipping costs were entered automatically. So if free shipping was specified in the listing, no charges were applied. If the seller does not cancel the sale, they will have to ship it.  byemario
