Good morning, I bought a Samsung S25 Edge phone at the beginning of December. Unfortunately, I received a no-brand phone that did not match the listing description.I asked to make the return, I shipped the item using the shipping label provided by the seller. The item appears to have been delivered about 2 weeks ago, the seller is pretending not to know that he has recovered the phone and does not want to issue the refund.I turned to Ebay asking for intervention, since putting up a listing with a false title and description does not seem right to me. Unfortunately, Ebay does not detect any violations (which is very strange).At this point I am left without the item and, above all, without money.Aside from writing a terrible review about the seller and never buying anything on Ebay again, can someone advise me on something I could do?
