Listing with Poste Delivery standard but shipped with Posta1Pro, marked as delivered but not receiv
As the title says, I’m asking for help with a purchase.
I bought an item that had “Poste Delivery standard” as the shipping method, which is supposed to be sent as registered mail.
The package is shipped, but the code turned out to be a Poste 1 pro code. The next day I go to the post office to ask for confirmation, on the day it was also marked as delivered.
Needless to say, the parcel, which as Poste 1 can be left in the mailbox and does not require signatures or hold-ups, cannot be found.
It’s already been 2 days, excluding today of course.
Tomorrow I was thinking of going to the distribution center to ask, but one thing is certain: the shipment made is different from the one I paid for.
How do you recommend I proceed?
I’ve already informed the seller about all this, obviously.

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller has shipped it, gave you the tracking code and it shows as delivered, your reports will be of no use, even to dispute the shipping type you purchased.

OP2 years agoEven though the shipping I would have paid for is a registered mail item, but then it was sent with a cheaper shipping method different from the one in the listing?

Mentore2 years agoYou wrote "Poste Delivery Standard" which is not registered mail... so if those were agreements made between you, there's no point in making a claim, the shipping code entered, whatever type of shipping it is, is what counts.
