Listing set up as local pickup, then agreed on shipping afterward

Hello everyone,
I posted two listings, which went through successfully, that were set with "Pick up locally". At the buyers' request, we then agreed on shipping, without changing the type of listing.
But now the funds remain blocked and eBay is asking me to scan the buyer's pickup code. What happens if I ship the packages and the buyer refuses to show me their pickup code?
I wouldn't want to end up in a situation where the item has been shipped, the buyer receives it, but because they don't show me the pickup code the funds remain blocked.

the problem is not the release of the funds; delivery is irrelevant, since as a new eBay seller they hold them for no less than 15 days.
The problem is that you will never be able to prove delivery and if the buyer does not give you the code but opens a report for item not received, you will lose money and the item.
So, my honest advice, cancel everything and relist the items with shipping.
