Non-compliant listing
A seller sent me a spiral-shaped plant that is 20cm shorter (listing said the plant was 160cm while it arrived 140cm tall) and with a broken top branch. They don't want to accept a 20 euro refund on a total of 80 euro. How do I open a complaint for an item not as described?
