Identical listings, same seller, different prices.
Hello, I bought two batteries from a seller and requested an invoice for combined shipping. After a few minutes, the seller only confirms the price, so I decide to go ahead with the purchase anyway (paying double shipping).
A few seconds after payment, though, I notice that the same seller was advertising the exact same listing for 20 euros less (40 in my case for two batteries). I therefore contact the seller immediately asking for cancellation and at the same time I also write them a message pointing this out. However, the seller refused the cancellation, saying they had already shipped it, and does not reply to my messages.
Posting two identical listings is against eBay policy, how can I get the difference refunded? Both listings are still active as shown in the attached photo.

Mentore2 years agoIf you read the listings, you'll notice that they are reconditioned batteries, not new ones.
Impossible for there to be two identical ones.
Their prices will be proportional to the remaining capacity.
