Listings removed from eBay
Hello, it's been a couple of weeks that eBay has been removing some types of listings from me for this reason
We had to remove your listing because it did not comply with our Counterfeit Items Policy. eBay does not allow the sale of counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies.
the products I have for sale are official namesets from dekographics and stilscreen of which I have been a licensee for over 10 years, I tried to appeal to eBay by sending documentation that certified the original provenance of the product but it was rejected without explanations and if I wanted I could appeal to a court(which seems a bit too much to me). products that among other things had long been among the sale listings in my store, and I don't know why they were only removed now, only some listings and not all the stilscreen and dekographics products for sale in my store, so obviously is the problem then? I am VAT registered and enrolled as a professional seller

Mentore2 years agoYou’re probably using some brands that you don’t own, such as the Robe di Kappa logo, in the description you don’t mention the brand but the logo is present and it can therefore be considered a replica.
Probably the copyright holder of some other brand has reported you.
