Send partial refund after accepting the return
Good morning, following a report for a non-compliant item, the seller accepted the return. Since the shipping cost turned out to be excessive, we reached a compromise of a partial refund. Is it possible to partially refund after accepting the return?

OP1 year agoNo, he accepted the return right away. He’s probably not very experienced and was expecting shipping not to be his responsibility. We only later found this compromise, which works for both of us.

Mentore1 year agoIf the return has already been accepted, it can no longer issue a partial refund.
