invoice submission error....
Summary: The discussion revolves around an issue related to sending an invoice, as indicated by the subject 'invio fattura errore'. However, the content provided in the discussion is marked as 'None', leaving details and specifics of the error unresolved.
Good evening everyone I have had a problem for months despite reports it still hasn’t been resolved. Basically, if a customer buys more than one item, in the send invoice form it lets me change everything I need, amount, expenses, etc., when I send the form an error appears telling me to try again later, so I don’t know whether the invoice reaches its destination or not, every time I have to contact the customer to get confirmation sometimes it goes through other times I have to cancel the sale I don’t even receive the confirmation email even though it is checked. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Mentore4 years agoGood evening,
probably the biggest problem you’d solve by regularizing your account... it’s incredible to still see private accounts with almost 4,500 listings, most of them new items and in quantity... these are certainly not occasional sales, but well structured ones... and, as usual, “dirty” competition to those who pay taxes, even for you...
I’d contact support, but probably, once they notice, if they haven’t already, the state of your account, they’ll ask you for a whole stack of documents to prove your “business”...

Kind regards.

OP4 years agothanks for your advice , I want to remind you that the items I have for sale, the ones you’re referring to, are new old stock that I bought in bulk over 4 years when I had my business, closed in 2011 thanks to the government .I’m unemployed I’m 64 years old the photo isn’t recent it’s from when I signed up to ebay I don’t receive any income or support from the state , this allows me to survive until maybe I receive a pension , so I don’t feel like a dirty seller as you described me .I paid taxes for over 35 years without getting anything back or any support because at my age no one hires you it’s not me who is dirty but those who govern us. it’s easy to criticize when you don’t know what’s behind each person .

Mentore4 years agoI can understand your particular situation, but, to be picky, if you self-invoiced them it’s as if you had sold them in bulk to a private individual for his own use and now he could only resell them as used.
If the mythical private individual sold them as new, it would be as if he had bought them for the sole purpose of reselling them, and he would also fall under the definition of merchant.
ps. This clause is considered abusive and, as it is contrary to the provisions of the civil code, automatically void.
WARNING: I am not responsible for shipments that are not trackable; they travel at the buyer’s risk...
bye

OP4 years agoThe wording "I don't respond for untrackable shipments" is a way of discouraging untrackable shipments I only ship through Poste Italiane and not by courier , with Poste Italiane most ordinary untrackable mail does not always arrive . anyway I know very well that if a customer despite the warning ,if they open a dispute for item not received they get the whole thing refunded but here it also depends on the customer's honesty . bye and have a good evening

OP10 months agoHi , I know full well that the notice I posted is worth about as much as a two of clubs, exactly as you say if a dispute is opened. when I can, once the shipment has been stamped/validated , many times the operator has me photograph the parcel and I send the image to the customer with a message as proof of shipment. then it’s up to the customer, if it gets lost, to decide whether to take responsibility since I offer them several options or to open a dispute anyway . Have a good evening to you too
