Good evening to everyone reading this, thank you. I would like an explanation from someone, I’m a layman and eBay has never answered me on this topic. I buy and place bids at auctions. I am the highest bidder at euro 3,00 then, with a few days or hours left before it ends, my bid is outbid by a few euro cents. For example, I’m the highest bidder with three euros, then another bidder makes an offer of euro 3,20. What happens? I go to raise the bid to euro 3,50, but the system does not accept it; instead, in red it tells me the bid is not valid, I have to bid euro 3,70. I have to increase by 0,50 cents, while others, or someone else, can raise the bid by cents. I don’t know if they have some magic words to behave like that, thank you.-
