I gave a gift to 1 friend, the item shows as delivered but that isn't the case. How do I get them to hand them over

If your friend hasn’t received anything, ask the courier for proof of delivery, you’ll be able to check who it was delivered to, even if a signature is no longer required; generally the delivery person asks for and notes down the name of the person receiving the package... also check that you entered the address correctly.
