I made an offer that was accepted by the seller. Since the purchase, the price has gone up, how come. Does eBay want its cut? I don't get it. If a price has been set, that's the price, otherwise with shipping costs the item becomes too expensive.

If so, it’s normal to add VAT... and any import fees if the seller uses GSP (Global Shipping Program) offered by eBay.
