Defective iPhone
Good evening, I bought a refurbished iPhone X from a private seller declared A. It arrived on Tuesday August 29, 23, and the next day I gave it to my 16-year-old daughter, who initialized it, but right away the touch would freeze one out of five times. The next day, after many attempts, I decide to go to the Apple store in Porta di Roma where they tell me that the glass with touchscreen needs to be replaced. I asked the seller for a refund, who does not accept returns but eBay says to proceed, but for now he is not responding. And meanwhile my daughter is in trouble. What do you recommend I do? For info, I paid with PayPal.

the seller, even if private, is obliged to accept the return if the item is not as described, so open the correct procedure on eBay:
