it says: "... starting from 17/10/2023"... it does not say only "...from 17/10/2023"!
So, you need to check the Terms and Conditions of the extra points; depending on the types of purchases and payments, the timing may vary, but in any case no later than 15 days.

What does "assigned and usable" mean?
Assigned = credited
Usable = can be used

Starting from November 20, reservations are open = from that day (November 20) you can reserve the item
Available = usable
from Treccani:
fruibile /fru'ibile/ adj. [der. of fruire]. - [that can be enjoyed/used: goods a.] ≈ available, enjoyable, usable, utilizable.
But maybe I'm the one who doesn't know Italian...

Mentore2 years agoOk... but you can also reserve it on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th... etc.... the difference from the exact date is that it’s generic, from that date onward you can reserve it... as it is "possible" that from that date your points will be available, it’s not written that they definitely will be!
I don’t know if I’m making myself clear...

OP2 years agoI don't understand the difficulty in understanding the MEANING of words and that of SYNONYMS:
Ok... but you can also book it on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th...
And if it were a "click day", would you wait until the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th?
Especially knowing that the 20th is the FIRST available, usable, accessible, usable day?

The support response was:
"I’ve just reported your case to my colleagues in the technical department. Within 48 hours you’ll have the points added manually by us."
Well, I hope for their sake that mine is an isolated case, or that there have been few sign-ups...
