Italian VAT Number Usage for eBay Germany Store
Hello eBay Community,
I am a professional seller registered in Italy, and I am interested in expanding my business by selling in the German marketplace. I am also considering purchasing an eBay Germany store subscription to access additional selling benefits.
I have already submitted my Italian VAT number for verification. Yesterday, I contacted eBay support, and the assistant informed me that I can sell on the German marketplace and use a German eBay, but then again i am receiving emails to submit German VAT.
Before proceeding, I would like to kindly ask you to verify and confirm this information officially. I want to ensure that everything is set up correctly and that I am fully compliant with eBay policies, VAT requirements, and any legal obligations.
