Item liquidated????

I have been tracking closely my item over several days and it “arrived at hub” (Glendale, step 2). Now status says unable to deliver, Item liquidated! What happened? It would be professional to reach out to buyer and explain. Refund received is nice but I want the item !

It may have been lost or broken during transport, which is why you were brushed off by the courier (if it was in Glendale Heights in Illinois, it was a shipment with the international program handled by DHL for ebay).
