eBay VAT paid twice
Hello, I recently purchased an item, from a non-European country on ebay.
As usual, I paid VAT for it at the time of purchase. Before receiving the item, I unfortunately discover that ebay, which had collected the VAT, did not correctly upload it in the shipping process. So I had to pay it again.
Now, this unfortunately has happened other times. But if before there was a clear email address [customerhelp@ebay.co] to send the documentation to in order to request a refund, today this service and/or email address no longer seems to be active.
Now before filing a lawsuit against ebay, I am making this last attempt here and ask you if there is anyone who knows where I should send the documentation to obtain the refund.

leaving aside the “broken” Italian and clarifying that you need written proof, namely a document issued by the courier certifying payment of the double VAT, you can upload it here:
