Hello everyone. On 17 May I sold this device, but as of today the payment has still not been made, despite my trying to contact the buyer by email, but without any reply from them. Obviously the package has not been shipped. I would like to know how long I need to wait to be able to close this matter, because, in my opinion, if they haven't paid by now, they never will. In that case can I open a dispute for an unpaid item ? Let me know, thanks

there are no sales associated with this account... anyway, if you haven't received the payment, starting from the fifth day you can cancel the sale with the reason of non-payment:

Mentore3 years agoSika has already attached the eBay page where they explain how to close the transaction for non-payment. It's useless (as well as prohibited) to post the buyer's details.
