Kyiv, Ukraine

Good morning,

I wanted to know if anyone has recently bought from Kiev, that is, whether everything works or not. It says that services for Ukraine are suspended, but nothing is said about services from Ukraine.

Thanks

Ebay advises against shipping to Ukraine, I don't know what risks there might be in having something shipped from Kyiv.
