Central locking control unit kit
Good evening, in November 2022 I ordered a central locking control unit kit for my car, but today it no longer works. I have tried contacting the seller for more than a week and they are not responding. What could I do? The item is still under warranty.

The 24-month legal warranty is a service that only professional sellers with their registered office in an EU country are required to provide to consumers.
If you bought from a private seller or from a seller outside the EU, there is no warranty.
In any case, the warranty must be claimed directly from the seller.
