I received the goods but not everything is complete, the seller says that BRT stole it and it's been 3 months that I can't use it and he has no intention of sending me the stuff

Mentore3 years agoYou could have used the eBay customer guarantee within 30 days of delivery... obviously by opening a return request for an item not as described.
Now, you can try to open a dispute on PayPal if you paid that way, or ask your bank for assistance with a chargeback if you paid by card.
