Wrong car service kit arrived
Despite the reference images of the correct parts and the registration document for my petrol car, I received diesel parts and the seller was not at all understanding/cooperative. The point is that he wanted me to sign a return form stating that I bought it by mistake and that I am not asking for any refund. I refused and asked eBay for help, and they told me to hand over the package at pickup at their expense, but the seller keeps telling me that if I don’t leave the RMA form inside, the one he says he sent me everywhere (which isn’t true), he won’t accept it as a return. Should I still receive the refund? I saw this seller’s reviews and he often accuses buyers of being scammers.. I filmed the items in excellent condition but I fear he’ll accuse me too
