I placed an order the next day I spoke with an operator and we canceled it, after two days I get an email saying it’s not possible to cancel the order. So when the order arrives, I have to send it back, what a disgrace

Mentore9 months agoStrange that the operator didn’t tell you that you couldn’t cancel any order, only request to do so... a request that could be refused by the seller!
It’s even more shameful to use a marketplace without reading how it works and maybe make a purchase mistake and blame others!!
