The buyer opened a dispute because they say they did not receive the package.
I shipped with eBay and provided tracking. The item shows as delivered and I have everything tracked, even the signature on receipt
The buyer says the signature isn't theirs and that they didn't receive it
I don't know how to proceed, the buyer is in Germany

Mentore1 year agoIf the buyer has opened a case for item not received, respond with proof of delivery.
Also send the buyer a copy of your shipping receipt and the package tracking number, so they can see that a package with that code shows as delivered to their address.

OP1 year agoyes, it arrived to me and it gives me the possibility to contact the buyer and that's what I did and I sent the screenshot with the signature upon delivery
but the buyer says that it's not his signature and he didn't receive anything
I would like to send this proof to eBay too but it doesn't give me the possibility to attach it
I shipped through eBay's shipping service so they have everything
I don't want the deadline to expire
