The buyer has received the package. But eBay says I have an open dispute—what can I do?
I recently sent a package late to the buyer, and there was a dispute about the package not arriving. After a few days the buyer writes to me that it arrived, but the dispute is still there on their side, what should I do?

Mentore3 years agoIf the report is for an item not received, it is enough to enter the correct tracking and courier in the order details... this way, if it shows as delivered, the request is closed automatically.
Alternatively, you can ask the buyer to close it... or, if no one does anything, it will be closed after 21 days of inactivity.
