Is the purchase of a used item non-returnable?
I'm new
I made an offer for a used item, then I contacted the seller to get information about a possible return, and he told me that returns are not allowed
In my opinion this is a big limitation because a photo can be improved, while then the item may arrive in different conditions, not satisfactory

for purchases between private individuals, a change of mind can be refused.
If, on the other hand, you receive an item that does not match the description... by not matching, I mean completely different from what was described, broken, or not working... you can freely request a return, and the seller will be obliged to handle it.
Obviously, if you don't like the item but it matches the description, and the seller does not accept returns, you'll have to keep it.
