I consider it a scam
Summary: boutiquedesideri is seeking assistance because they are unable to resolve a shipping issue via the eBay platform's AI support. They grouped three items into one shipment to benefit the buyer, who had no intercom for delivery. Despite eventual delivery, the tracking indicates the package is set for return. The buyer confirmed receipt using a second account, but the original account still shows it undelivered, causing boutiquedesideri's funds to be withheld. They are requesting help to solve the situation.
Dear community, I’m asking for help. It’s crazy that you can’t contact a human operator anymore. AI doesn’t help me.
I sold three items that I grouped into a single shipment, also to the buyer’s benefit since they only pay the shipping costs once.
I’m using registered mail/book mail; the buyer did not tell me they don’t have a doorbell, they wrote that to me much later, after the damage had already been done. The postman can’t find it and asks for it to be returned to the sender, the buyer writes to me saying they don’t have a doorbell and that the tracking is stuck in their area. They write to me again saying that they met an old postman who told them that he has the package held at the post office and that he told his colleague “I know the lady, I’ll bring her the package myself”; days pass and the postman delivers, as they told me today, the package to the buyer. A message I received after I asked the buyer for info, who knows the postman, warning that I had to inform eBay. The tracking is still stuck at RETURN TO SENDER but IT’S NOT TRUE, the package is in the buyer’s hands, as they wrote to me from their second ACCOUNT. My funds are blocked; just a little while ago I asked the buyer to click on delivery completed in the account they use to buy from, where they made the purchase.
What do I do eBay, with AI, won’t solve this problem for us.
Can you help me?

Mentore2 weeks agoEbay can’t do anything, only the delivered status in Poste tracking could unlock the payment.
So only whoever works at the post office can fix the mess they made.
If nobody sorts it out, you’ll have to wait a couple of weeks to receive the credit (hoping the buyer doesn’t try to take advantage of the situation to ask for a refund).
