I was never delivered an item, and it says the carrier delivered it. We checked everywhere and the neighbors know nothing about it. Ebay closed the case saying it was delivered (to whom?).. how do I get a refund for something I never received?.. can it be my fault if the courier gave incorrect information?.. also, the delivery was supposed to arrive between March 13 and 18, but it says it was delivered on the 12th.. what can I do? All the details that Ebay sends me by email are the ones you see in the attachment (same error)

Mentore6 months agoIf a courier has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address, how could eBay refund you?
