The purchase history doesn't show all purchases!
Summary: zibibbo86 reported an issue with the purchase history that doesn't show all transactions. sika700 didn't add any details to the discussion.
I wanted to trace back to a purchase made in January (for warranty reasons) but there’s no trace of it in the history, let alone in messages, and I noticed it’s not the only one that’s no longer there! I can see purchases from 2017 but every so often one I remember is missing from the history
I find it very wrong on eBay’s part to make proof of a purchase disappear. I’m sure I bought it through the app and not as a guest, and in any case the email would have been the same.
Now I’ve requested the transaction list for my prepaid card so I can trace back to the exact payment date!
Has this already happened to anyone else?

Mentore1 year agoThat doesn't mean anything if you used the same email... if you weren't logged into your account, to eBay you were still a guest, and the fact that you can't find the orders is a sign of that... eBay doesn't make orders disappear!
