Is the company legit?
This morning I reported not having received an order from 8/4/23, which was regularly charged to my account on 11/4/23 with a credit card, according to my bank statement. After this report, I then find another payment of the same amount, 13.50 euros, communicated to me by the bank at 15:09 today, 2/5/23. Now I wonder how does eBay work? I'm not interested in the few extra pennies. But I would like to know: will my order be fulfilled? If so, what happens, do I have to pay for it a third time? Do you think this is serious? Or have I created payment problems?

Mentore3 years agoIf you are the buyer the amount has been debited (minus sign on your statement). If it had been credited, you would be the seller.
Have you opened a case for an item not received? If you opened it a few days ago, today’s transaction is probably a credit (meaning you were refunded for your item not arriving, plus sign on your statement).
