Is the warranty after purchase from a professional seller nonexistent?
Basically the legal warranty is rejected outright with the excuse "it fell" immediately in the first email (and only email) in response to the request to activate the legal warranty.
even though the item never fell, even though by law in the first 6 months the seller MUST prove it.
What can you do? turn to an association? a lawyer? ... clearly you're screwed......
a warned man.......

Mentore3 years agoThe community professional seller is obligated to provide you with legal warranty... now you see how to claim it... you have already indicated several options: "...turn to an association? a lawyer?..."
Kind regards.
