How does eBay's guarantee work?
I need to buy a guaranteed memory card for Nintendo Switch that costs less than the market price. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If it arrives and there's only one, meaning the Switch doesn't read it, it doesn't work... what happens? Does eBay protection cover me and refund me, or does it only do that if the item doesn't arrive, and to get a refund do I still have to pay return shipping and take the loss?
