After experiencing the seller's bad faith in sending false tracking information, with delivery before the order date of August 17, ordered on August 23, and never having received the goods, eBay closed the dispute and denied me a refund. After 20 years of buying on this platform, this is the first time this has happened. Maybe it's time we protect ourselves a bit more!
