The return process gets stuck when creating the label
Good morning
I’m processing a return confirmed by the supplier, but I’ve tried twice to purchase the return label and the screen freezes while loading the label. It confirms that the payment was successful (twice via PayPal), but the page stays on loading and the label is not created.
