I received a package from Londonderry with 4 wrong spark plugs. I contacted the seller, who acknowledged the mistake and told me to return them.
How does this process work now?
Do I go to the post office and have a package made at my own expense or not?

Restituisci un oggetto in cambio di un rimborso | eBay
Ricorda che per oggetto non conforme, le spese sono sempre a carico del venditore, se le anticipi tu, non ti verranno rimborsate.
