2 months ago I bought an item, the seller never sent the tracking code and after several follow-ups without satisfactory replies I opened a report for item not received, indicating that I wanted the item shipped, since the seller claimed to still have the item. Yesterday the request was closed: We closed this request because there has been no activity in the last 21 business days.During this period I continued to follow up with the seller; now I can't open another request because the system tells me that there is already one open, nor can I appeal because it tells me I am not eligible for an appeal.At this point what do I need to do to get a refund?
